Bruce Fulton's Bed & Breakfast

Hi, my name is Bruce.
My only real claim to fame is that I was the FIRST baby boy born at Musquodoboit Valley Memorial Hospital.

I have lived in Middle Musquodoboit all my life. I went to school in the Valley, then it was off to N.S.I.T. for my electronics degree. In my time that meant either fixing radios and TVs or working for the phone company. Seeing as I have always been a person of a slightly larger build, climbing poles just wasn't my thing, and there was already a repair store here in Middle Musquodoboit. I found a calling in construction, and worked in that field for 30 years with heavy machinery.

I now have the Guest House that is in its 10th season this year. I also run a travel business out of my home as a satellite office for a major travel company. I will be glad to help with any travel arrangements you may need.
I have lived in this house all my life. Dad bought the property in the 1930s. The house, itself, has gone full circle as it was once the Connaught Hotel, in the era when the Valley was a hive of activity, with a creamery, lumber mills, and the railroad. As the times changed, so did the need for hotels in Middle Musquodoboit and the hotels became homes.
Now the house is back, with doors wide open, to welcome travellers from around the world.
